Don’t forget that Capital Gains tax is due for payment in respect of disposals made between 1st December 2011 and 31st December 2011 by the 31st January 2012. Disposals made after the 6th December 2011 are subject to tax at 30% (25% applies for disposals made before this date).
Also, a reminder that capital gains tax on disposals made between 1st January 2011 and 30th November 2011 were due for payment on the 15th December 2011.
