Reminder - P35 Return Deadline 2012

Have you made your P35 return yet? The deadline is fast approaching! P35 for the tax year ended 31^st December 2011 must be filed with the Revenue by 15^th February 2012.

A P35 is a return which must be submitted by all employers who employ staff on the PAYE system. It covers the period from 1 January to 31 December 2011.

The revenue can charge a penalty of up to €4,000 for failure to submit a completed P35 return by the above date.
